Senior Picture Session Information
What can I expect?
Your senior photo shoot is a special memory that you’ll have forever, so let’s make it as incredible as you are! This shoot is for a senior who really wants a once in a lifetime experience, and a parent who wants photos they’ll look at over and over again. We’re here to give you the portraits of your dreams!
How does it work?
Our senior sessions will last about an hour, but you should plan an hour to an hour and a half just in case we get carried away! You can expect to get your digitals two weeks after our shoot!
What should I wear?
We partner with a local boutique to offer styling suggestions. We’ll have you get your best options together and then either meet via FaceTime or have you stop downtown Spearfish to plan on what to wear and how to accesorize!
Don’t need help? No problem! You select whatever you feel is best and we can’t wait to see what you come up with! We always tell clients to bring at least 3 outfits, but it is totally your call!
Can I choose my location?
Yes, of course you can! We still have some favorite locations that we will visit, but we are always up for visiting your favorite spot! We want you to LOVE your pictures and sometimes that favorite spot is trick!
Hair and makeup?
We have some amazing partners we would love to direct you to! Just ask and we can tell you where to go!
What about school requirements?
It’s usually no problem to create a studio backdrop outdoors! In fact, you’ll probably love the natural lighting for your “studio” yearbook photo. This next part is VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure I have any yearbook guidelines BEFORE our session.
What if it rains?
We don’t hold rain dates ahead of time for each client, but if the weather isn’t looking great, we’ll touch base about 24 hours before our session to see if we need to reschedule. Sometimes, those crazy weather days make for a very memorable experience and some AMAZING photos!
